My objective for teaching Defense 101 is to spread awareness and knowledge about personal safety to the public.  Two major components of self defense is awareness and an invincible mindset, these aspects are highlighted during the class. 

 

Defense 101 has a simple and concise structure, with information that every Florida resident & visitor should know. I avoid complicated movements that most people will not remember in a fight or flight situation.
